celcam is operated by AXM Works LLC. This page explains what we collect and why, in plain language.
What we collect from organizers
- Your email address — used to sign you in and to contact you about your events. We create no passwords.
- Your event names, dates and the settings you choose.
- Basic technical logs (request time, browser type) to run the service and protect it from abuse.
What we collect from guests
- A random device identifier created in your browser. It carries no name, no phone number and nothing that identifies you outside celcam. Its only job is to bind a private invite to one device.
- A general device name (such as "iPhone") so the organizer can tell cameras apart in their console.
- The video and photos you film, if the organizer has allowed it and you choose to press record.
Who sees an event's recordings
The event's organizer, and anyone they give a link to. Private links bind to a single device, and an organizer can close any link at any moment. celcam never publishes, indexes or shows an event to anyone who was not given a link.
How long we keep things
Each event's album is kept for the period shown in the organizer's console, then deleted. When an organizer deletes an event, everything in it goes at once and for good. Sign-in sessions expire after 90 days.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, or for your account to be deleted entirely, by writing to us. We answer within 30 days.
Third parties
We host the service on Cloudflare, which is the only third party your data passes through in order to run celcam. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.
