By using celcam you agree to what follows. The service is operated by AXM Works LLC, a company registered in Wyoming, USA.
Your account
You are responsible for your email address and who can reach it, because that is where your sign-in code goes. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used your account.
Your event is yours to run
You create the event, hand out the links and decide who films and who watches. It is your responsibility to make sure the people present know filming is happening, and to obtain whatever permission the law where you are requires. celcam is a tool; the decisions are yours.
What is not allowed
- Filming anyone without their knowledge where they would expect privacy.
- Any content that is illegal, infringes someone else's rights, or targets children.
- Attempting to bypass service limits or to reach an event you were not invited to.
- Reselling the service or running it as your own without a written agreement with us.
We may shut down any event that breaks the above, and will do so without prior notice where the matter is urgent.
Payment
celcam is currently in early access, and creating, configuring and activating an event costs nothing. When pricing begins it will be published on this site and in your console before you are ever asked to pay, and no event you activated before then will be charged.
Availability
We do our best to keep the service running, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Your event happens once, and we always recommend that celcam is not your only means of recording it.
Limits of liability
The service is provided as is. Our liability in any case does not exceed what you paid for the event in question.
